Strictly Come Dancing[3] kicks off this Saturday night and finally, finally, the lineup of celebrities has been revealed!
We have been waiting for months to find out who would be donning their best dancing shoes, tight lycra and sparkly sequins for the new series of the BBC dance show and finally we have the confirmed list (as published by The Sun) of who will be hitting the dance floor and finding out their new professional partners later this week.
The BBC have confirmed that Vanessa Feltz will be joining the show, which should be interesting as during her last reality TV stint in Celebrity Big Brother[4] the buxom star had quite the breakdown. She’ll be joined by golfing legend Tony Jacklin, who tweeted last week saying:
“Hope you’ve all heard the great news, I’m going to be performing on @bbcstrictly #SCD”
Countdown presenter Rachel Riley had her first rehearsal this week and it doesn’t sound like dancing came easily to the brainy star, as she posted:
“Had my first @bbcstrictly dancing experience today – SO much fun!! (& so hard!) Amazing line up & pros this year, all revealed next week 
Over the weekend, expect more names to be confirmed before the line up is officially revealed in full on Monday evening.
Model Abbey Clancy will also be there when the series begins at the weekend and tweeted:
“Yes it’s true I will be doing strictly #terrified #excited…”
“I’m soooooooo scared @bbcstrictly #help”
BBC Breakfast hottie Susanna Reid announced today that she would be taking part, having previously danced in a Children In Need special for the show. She tweeted:
“I’m sequined-up and making a visit to Planet Strictly #scd2013 ”
