Show bosses have revealed that they will be adding an extra celebrity to the line-up, which means 15 celebrities will be showing off their dance skills in front of the panel, studio audience and viewers at home.
As we anticipate which celebrities will be putting on their best dancing shoes, the full line-up of professional dancers have been unveiled.
It was announced back in June that the new series will see the departure of show favourites Flavia Cacace, Vincent Simone, Erin Boag and Aliona Vilani, although we're promised that Flavia and Vincent will return for the Christmas special.
Now, five new professional dancers are hoping to whip the celebrities into shape and take home the coveted Glitterball Trophy, which was won last year by Louis Smith and his partner Flavia.
The professionals will complete the line-up alongside series regulars Brendan Cole [1] , Anton du Beke, James Jordan, Robin Windsor, Artem Chigvintsev, Pasha Kovalev, Ola Jordan, Kristina Rhianoff, Natalie Lowe and Karen Hauer.
So let's meet the new pro-dancers who will be taking to the dancefloor this autumn...
Anya Garnis
Russian-born dancer Anya has been dancing since the age of 10. Specialising in Latin, Anya is no stranger to dance competitions and has become a finalist several times at the U.S. Open Ballroom Championship. She's also appeared in US show, So You Think You Can Dance with her dance partner and fellow Strictly star, Pasha Kovalev. Anya recently headlined on Broadway in Burn the Floor, before joining the show's World Tour of 20 countries.
Kevin Clifton
Viewers may recognise Kevin as he performed in many of last year's group routines. Trained in Ballroom and Latin, Kevin has won International Open titles across the globe and he owes much of it to his parents - former World Champions Keith and Judy Clifton - who taught him dance from an early age. Kevin is engaged to Strictly pro Karen Hauer.
Aljaž Skorjanec
Hailing from Slovenia, Aljaž is a 19-time Slovenian champion in Ballroom and Latin. Aljaž started to dance at the tender age of five and has been representing his country in dance championships for over a decade. For the last three years, he's also been part of the international tour of Burn the Floor.
Iveta Lukosiute
Iveta is returning to the show full-time after stepping in to replace an injured Aliona Vilani last year. Born in Lithuania, Iveta has been training in Ballroom dance since the age of six and is the current World Champion in ten styles of Ballroom. But her talents don't stop there, as she's also trained in Latin, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop, and has appeared on So You Think You Can Dance in the US.
Janette Manrara
Another star of Burn the Floor, Florida-born Janette is currently performing in London's West End version of the show. At the age of 19 she began her formal dance training, studying Ballroom, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz and Hip Hop, specialising in Salsa. Janette has since gone on to dance with Jennifer Lopez and is a principal dancer on Glee and the Glee Live Tour.
